Social Neuron offers five plans: Free, Starter, Pro, Team, and Agency. Every plan includes the full platform — you're not locked out of features based on price.
**Free Plan: $0/month**. 50 credits per month, forever. No credit card required. Perfect for trying the platform, testing ideas, and understanding how it works. Includes full access to Ideation Station, Easy Mode content creation, and analytics. Can connect one social account. Unused credits roll over month-to-month. This is genuinely useful — 50 credits is enough to brainstorm dozens of ideas and create a few pieces of content.
**Starter Plan: $19/month**. 500 credits per month. Perfect for solo creators getting started with consistent posting. Includes everything in Free plus: Storyboard HD export, Niche Intelligence + trends, Brand Brain (1 voice), and 3 platforms. 500 credits covers roughly 4 videos, 15 images, and 500 ideas per month. Spending cap is 1,250 credits.
**Pro Plan: $49/month**. 1,500 credits per month. The content-professional tier — the one most paying users land on. Includes everything in Starter plus: closed-loop optimization, 5 autopilot runs per month, AI comment auto-reply, Gmail · Calendar · Drive integrations, premium models, all 10 platforms, multiple brand profiles (up to 3), and MCP read + analytics. Spending cap is 3,750 credits.
**Team Plan: $99/month**. 3,500 credits per month. For agencies, teams, and growing brands. Includes everything in Pro plus: unlimited autopilot, multi-stage approvals, up to 3 team members, up to 10 brands, all premium models, premium avatars, full MCP access with 5 API keys, and Slack support with 8h SLA. Spending cap is 8,750 credits.
**Agency Plan: $249/month**. 10,000 credits per month. For agencies running multi-brand operations at scale. Includes everything in Team plus: multi-brand autopilot, up to 25 brands, up to 10 team members, REST API with 20 keys, white-label hint, full MCP at 120 req/min, dedicated Slack with 4h SLA, and 100 GB storage. Spending cap is 25,000 credits.
**Why no feature gating**. Unlike many SaaS tools that restrict features based on price, Social Neuron includes the full platform at every price level. The differences are credit allowances (how much you can create), team size (how many people can use it), and support tier (how fast you get help). Free users get the exact same powerful creation tools as Agency users — they just have a smaller monthly budget.
