Data Deletion — Social Neuron

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from Social Neuron at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion

  1. Self-service: delete your account immediately from Settings.
  2. Or email privacy@socialneuron.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", including the email address associated with your account. We process email requests within one calendar month, as required by UK GDPR (extendable for complex requests, with notice).

What Gets Deleted

  • Your account and profile information
  • Brand profiles and settings
  • Generated content and media files
  • Connected social account tokens
  • Analytics and usage data

Some data is retained after deletion where required: anonymized, aggregated analytics for service improvement; payment and tax records for 7 years as required by law; and residual copies held by our sub-processors, which are purged on their standard deletion cycles — typically within 90 days.
